Einstein on Food & Wine Returns to MOSI
The Museum of Science and Industry is hosting the 17th annual event March 24.
From the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI):
Enjoy a glass of wine with the Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) as it hosts a night of assorted wine tastings, food, entertainment and a silent auction on March 24, 7-10 p.m.
Wines of all kinds, including reds, whites, champagnes, domestic and imported, will be served at the 17th annual Einstein on Food & Wine. Guests will enjoy some of Tampa’s finest restaurants including, The Melting Pot, Centre Club and TC Choy’s Asian Bistro. Proceeds from the silent auction benefit MOSI’s educational programs, which aim to provide hands-on experience for children and promote the idea that science is fun.
This year, MOSI is adding a new and exciting element to Einstein on Food & Wine for the participating restaurants. Restaurants who participate will have their food judged by guests in a quest to find the best food at the event. All voting will be done by secret ballot and all ballots will be tabulated during the evening. The winners will be announced in MOSI’s Grand Lobby prior to the closing of our silent auction at 9:30 p.m., as well as announced on MOSI’s web site after the event.
Tickets are $60 for members and $80 for non-members. VIP tickets, which allow guests to arrive early at 6 p.m. and receive valet parking, are $125. All guests must be 21 years or older to attend.
