Chick-fil-A Hosts 'Mother-Son Date Knight'

The Fowler Avenue location is inviting moms to spend time with their sons at First Baptist Church Temple Terrace Feb. 4.

In October, hosted a . Now, it’s time for moms and sons to have their turn.

Online reservations are now open for Chick-fil-A’s Mother-Son Date Knight (yes, that’s with a “k”) on Feb. 4 from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Seatings are available at 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30 p.m., and reservations are required.

More than 30 Tampa Bay area locations are participating in this event, and Temple Terrace’s Fowler Avenue restaurant will be having its event at . Less than 25 reservations remain for this location.

Mother-Son Date Knight has a medieval theme, and moms and sons will be able to spend time together while enjoying dinner, conversation and several special medieval-themed activities, according to a press release from Chick-fil-A.

Every mother-son pair will also receive a tray liner with questions and topics to get the conversation started, and a take-home booklet that provides ideas for future dates and questions that both moms and their sons can ask each other.

Admission is free but does not include the cost of food.

“One of Chick-fil-A’s goals is to promote community connections and enrich the lives of everyone we come in contact with,” said Jane Melton, area marketing director for Tampa Bay Chick-fil-A restaurants, in the release. “We understand the importance of mother-son relationships and want to encourage Tampa Bay moms to come to Chick-fil-A, enjoy their son’s company over a meal and have fun.”
